#2 - Product Stacking, Measuring Results, Pick 2 Only

Stacking products for your customers to buy in a journey, tracking the right things in your company and understanding what you value.

How To Product Stack

A product stack is monetization journey for the person you seek to serve. Chris Do of TheFutur.com exemplifies this flawlessly.

He offers three levels to his product stack:

  • Do it yourself
  • Do it with you
  • Do it for you

Each level of the product stack allows you to engage with TheFutur.com at various price points and needs.

→ Do it yourself (Entry price) → Course

→ Do it with you (Mid-Price) → Coaching

→ Do it for you (High Ticket) → Execution

By creating products in each product stack category, you can nurture your ideal client to their desired result — and get paid while doing it.

Track behavior, measure results

Its hard to decide to get 10 new sales this month.

But it’s easy to decide to make 1,000 cold calls.

Results is just a lagging indicator of the behavior you put in last week.

Put behavior on your calendar. Track it. Then measure the results. If you’re not getting the results you want, don’t change your goals. Change the behavior.

You can only pick two

  1. Speed
  2. Quantity
  3. Excellence
